This is a 30 hour on-line data analysis course that is designed to orient participants to procedures common to using data in a school setting to make instructional decisions.
In order to increase both the accuracy and reliability of observations within the consortium, district, and school levels a sustainable process for observer certification was developed to provide observers with multiple levels of support.
Two strengths of the model are: it enhances any previous professional learning and focuses the classroom observation of the highest yield strategies. The blended model is based on the Florida Educator Accomplished Practices (FEAP) and aligned to the Copeland, Danielson, and Marzano evaluation/observation systems.
