The Regional Principal Leadership Academy (RPLA) is a 13-month, largely online, method that incorporates a Principal Inquiry model based on the research of Dr. Nancy Fichtman-Dana, a renowned professor at the University of Florida's School of Teaching and Learning.

Fundamentals of School Data (FSD)-RPLA (30 hours)

This is a 30 hour on-line data analysis course that is designed to orient participants to procedures common to using data in a school setting to make instructional decisions.
